Returns & Refund Policy

At NYX Supply Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Items must be in the same condition that you received them.
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cleaning products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the issue
• A brief description

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item is faulty
• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged

We recommend using a tracked delivery service for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Opened hygiene or cleaning products
• Used items
• Clearance or discounted items, unless faulty
